From the 8th of December customer will no longer be able to access their online account. But don't worry myfreedom isn't going anywhere.
During this temporary period to find any information in regards to the following:
-myfreedom credit status
-myfreedom points status
Customers can speak to the online livechat team for all information or alternatively we invite you to visit or call your local store and one of the team members will be able to assist you.
All online purchases will continue to accumulate myfreedom points. However redemption of your myfreedom credit cannot be placed towards online orders and can only be redeemed via your local store.
